About us

A Portland parts counter since 1963

Same street, same focus: helping drivers and shops find the right import part.

Our story

Rooted on NE Halsey Street

Halsey Import Parts opened on NE Halsey Street in 1963. Over the years the shop moved just across the street — and it’s still there today at 7721 NE Halsey St.

You may still spot the classic “Halsey Automotive” lettering on our sign and building. The name has evolved over the years, but the focus hasn’t: Asian and European import parts, sourced from OEM and quality aftermarket suppliers, backed by people who know the applications.

Much of our business has always come by word of mouth — one customer telling another where to get the right part.
